In yet another example of a Christian Europe that has lost its way, the United Nations is going after Poland, this time for their restrictive abortion law.
Reading straight from the NARAL play book:
The U.N.'s Human Rights Committee said in a review of Poland's civil and political rights that even women who were legally allowed abortions did not seem to be able to find hospitals willing to carry them out."The Committee reiterated its deep concern about restrictive laws in Poland, which might incite women to seek unsafe, illegal abortions, with attendant risks to their life and health," last week's report said.
Makes you wonder what sorts of "human rights" the UN still recognizes.
