A buddy of mine from Memphis whom I lived with in Rome introduced me to the concept of turducken. This is a Southern/Cajun delicacy that might make a great holiday treat as a substitute for plain old turkey. It might be a great Red State meal option in this time of celebration as opposed to plain old Plymouth Rock Blue State poultry. Chicken, turkey, duck, and slice of crawfish. Oh my!
